First in Recreational Excellence, LLC Policies

Cancellation Policy- If you need to cancel for any reason up until 48 hours prior to your camp date, you will receive a full refund. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered camp (no-shows) or who do not cancel at least 48 hours in advance will not receive a refund. 

Registration Fee- Camp registration fee is due at the time of booking. 

Registration/Liability Form- Please submit all forms prior to your camp start date. Without submitting the Registration Contact Form and Liability Waiver and Release Form, you will be subject to being withheld from camp. 

Health, Safety, and Liability- By registering for a First in Recreational Excellence, LLC Camp, the parent/guardian of the participant will need to agree to the terms included in the Liability Waiver and Release Form. In case of a medical emergency, participants will be transported to the nearest hospital.  

Personal Property Damage- First in Recreational Excellence, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property brought to camp. Participants can bring their cell phones but we recommend not removing them from their bag until camp has ended. Drugs, Alcohol and tobacco (including e-cigarettes/vapes) are strictly prohibited and results in immediate removal from camp without refund.
